Krav Maga for women has been carefully developed with valuable input from law enforcement officials and criminal prosecutors in order to provide realistic self defense classes for women. The program deals specifically with how and where women are commonly attacked. You will be taught how to safely and effectively fend off an attacker using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.



Our women’s self defense class teaches our students how to defend themselves against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and other attacks often used by larger, stronger aggressors.



In order to prepare our students to survive a real attack, we emphasize realistic training scenarios and realistic defenses. Women leave our classes feeling safe, strong, and empowered, firm in the knowledge that they are not a victim.
